1) Qualified technical engineer will support you in the presales phase to identify your needs and make - at the soonest - the most clear and convenient quotation. If needed, samples will be exchanged.
2) At the contract, customer will receive all the documents to identify clearly order, terms and conditions.
3) Our support personnel will perform all the QC activities in the factory to monitor the production, final inspection before loading will make available to customers our "INSPECTION REPORT" with samples taken directly in the factory in order to submit to customer such documentation before loading. Customers, reading the INSPECTION REPORT, will have the feeling to have been with us in the factory to perform the inspection!
4) All the goods not complying with the order will not be loaded.
5) Our sales support personell will produce all the final documentation for: loading, customs clearing and shipping. Always cooperating and communicating constantly with the customer in order to keep "in sync" all these activities.
